Silent and new-fashioned rooms with the view of street that we loved. The location of the hotel was particularly good and decent, close to great restaurants. We dined out at Italian Dining vicolo, set near the property.

Big beds, so much space and coffee in the room. Perfectly clean bathroom with bidet; outstandingly accommodating and superfriendly staff. Very central location and close to a bus stop. Close to eateries and cafés.

The hotel is popular with very pleasant and consistently courteous staff and views of the street. The breakfast is traditional and local, and the location is brilliant really close to the smack dab center, two different metro lines, and bis stops. The rooms are silent and beautifully designed, have down pillows.

the breakfast was savoury and traditional and complete with west type foods and unfamiliar dishes. i truly enjoyed this hotel and would stay here again.

The room was silent and big sized, offered well enough space and coffee. Location: the hotel was short walk to several restaurants and bus and subway lines and downtown and the markets as well as Nijo castle.

Everything was good, we had good 3 days here. They gave us triple room with making tea and a queen bedroom and coffee machine all available to guests. It had an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The location was marvellous and handy in a really quiet area, short walk to subway stations as well as the tourist stops. Shimogyo Ward district was worth staying in.

Brand-new room with comfortable bed and feather pillows. A good service and rich breakfast.

The breakfast was traditional and offered good choice of items. The location of the hotel was very central, close enough to close to bus stations and good resturaunts and train station and downtown and Kyoto station.

I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. The rooms are nice and they offer a wide range of products for an excellent breakfast. The location is great, with Hamburg Labo just a short walk away.
